JOB DESCRIPTION

As a food service supervisor at The village restaurant and pizzeria ,you will be in the position to establish methods to meet work schedules supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, repairs,establish work schedules so as to meet customers demand.You are eligible to earning $16.55 an hour in this entry level position. Your attitude and work ethic matters a lot in this field

RESPONSIBILITIES

supervision of;
food and beverage servers
Food service counter attendants and food preparers
Kitchen and food service helpers
Establish methods to meet work schedules
Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
Ensure food service and quality control
Prepare budget and cost estimates
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
Establish work schedules

WORK CONDITION

Environment: Food Service Supervisors typically work in indoor environments, primarily within the restaurant’s kitchen and dining areas. These areas can be busy, fast-paced, and sometimes hot due to kitchen equipment and cooking activities.
