JOB DESCRIPTION
The Sr. Specialist Wellbeing is a remote role, responsible for working with individuals and teams who work in Content Moderation, often viewing sensitive content. This role is responsible for delivering an employee wellness program, and working with internal and external stakeholders and teams to ensure it’s impact and success. You’re eligible to a salary ranging from $50,360-$67,000 in this entry level position.

QUALIFICATIONS
Clinical, Counseling or Industrial Psychologist – MA/MSc/MPhil Psychology
Must be licensed to practice in BC and/or Canada
Additional certifications and experience in a range of therapies
Minimum 3 years of experience working in the wellness or psychotherapy field
Experience developing wellness programs
Experience delivering training, workshops and webinars on health and wellbeing topics
Excellent communication skills
Empathetic and approachable, works well with teams and individuals
Able to build trust and rapport with managers and team members
Good presentation skills
Experience working in Content
Moderation would be a bonus
RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct ongoing individual needs and psychometric assessments
Conduction of a 1:1 counseling sessions to guide and coach individuals
Monitor ongoing health and psychological safety of other employees
Manage incident cases with care and according to appropriate guidelines
Manage and deliver the virtual wellness calendar
Design virtual activity-based group sessions and environment-specific workshops for the nature of our work. For example: stress management and reduction techniques, tools to support a healthy work-life balance, healthy communication strategies, managing anxiety and depression.
REPORTING AND COMMUNICATION
Communicate with the wellness team on a regular basis to discuss observations, trends, insights, risks and opportunities
Communicate with the wellness leaders on a regular basis to report on progress and impact of program
Report findings directly to site leader on wellness outcomes and program
Manage all wellness communications to employees and support teams
Manage confidential data, records and reports according to the appropriate data protection framework
STRATEGIES
Drive initiatives to achieve healthy outcomes
Evaluate program effectiveness and analyze data
Ensure quality and continuous improvement of initiatives
Work with colleagues across departments to integrate wellness into operational processes
