JOB SUMMARY

Restaurant Brands International is looking for a senior Analyst, Retail E-Commerce to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to join the Tim Hortons Canada Retail team in a newly created role that supports the retail business, with an aim to drive TimShop.ca performance and execution. The Sr. Analyst, Retail E-Commerce will partner with internal stakeholders and external ecommerce partners to grow our new TimShop.ca channel with sales driving strategies while also maintaining back of house operations and conducting performance measurement & analytics.

Candidate should have a deep understanding of ecommerce operations including product information management, order fulfillment, customer service and reporting. The Sr. Analyst will also be responsible for the day-to-day management and smooth operation of campaign execution and post purchase Guest support.

Bringing a combination of solid project management fundamentals, analytical skills, communication skills, and the ability to collaboratively work cross-functionally is critical to this role’s success.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Candidate is to lead product content management generation and collection across all internal and external stakeholders and platforms
• Candidate is to support with the creation and planning of the TimShop feature roadmap & prioritization • Assist with developing traffic & sales-driving strategies through digital media, CRM, and other promotional tactics
• Candidate is to assist with P&L management by conducting analysis on revenue & cost drivers to identify profit-driving opportunities
• Candidate is to provide inputs and oversight to the business channel’s financial models and forecasts
• Candidate is to collaborate with internal teams to design, develop and implement digital projects
• Candidate is to complete regular site audits to ensure accuracy of product information, content gaps/enhancements, promotions, and marketing effectiveness
• Candidate is to partner with Retail Category, QA and external teams to project manage campaign timelines
• Candidate is to leverage available analytics to develop learnings and insights to help make strategic recommendations and improve product and Guest experience
• Candidate is to manage required day-to-day tasks, including project tracker and timeline management, meeting coordination, key stakeholder approvals, and maintaining centralized product information repository
• Candidate is to be responsible for managing and trouble shooting Guest issues with Guest Services team including updating macros, flows and policies as required
• Candidate is to deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Marketing or related field
• 2+ years of ecommerce or retail experience
• Ability to prioritize and deliver multiple tasks and projects effectively within a defined timeline
• Solid technical background with an ability to interpret data and financial information
• Ability to thrive and succeed in a fast-paced environment
• Strong time management and communication skills
• Demonstrate meticulous follow-through and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter who seeks opportunities for improvement and suggests new projects
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 products and considered as asset to have experience with Shopify
