Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient virtual assistant to support our team with a variety of tasks, including scheduling, data entry, research, and customer service. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Customer-to-Client Communication: Candidates must promptly and professionally respond to clients’ and customers’ phone calls and emails, ensuring accuracy and providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive rapport. customers.
